To initiate, the user may do one of the following: (a) log in to their Bet735 account, navigate to the Self-Exclusion page, select the desired duration, and submit the request; or (b) contact Bet735 Customer Support to submit the self-exclusion on the user’s behalf. Upon submission and confirmation by Bet735, access to the user’s Bet735 accounts will be suspended for the duration requested. The self-exclusion period commences on the date of Bet735's confirmation. The user may not alter or terminate the period unilaterally during the term.
During the self-exclusion period, the user is prevented from logging in, making deposits, or engaging in wagering on Bet735 platforms. The user will not receive promotional communications related to Bet735 during the period. Bet735 will implement reasonable measures to enforce the exclusion across all platforms and prevent access using the user’s credentials. Bet735 shall not be liable for breaches of self-exclusion arising from attempts to circumvent the exclusion through third-party access or other unauthorized means.
Fixed-term exclusions terminate automatically at the end of the specified period, at which point the user’s access is restored. Indefinite exclusions require a formal termination request processed by Bet735. In all cases, a cooling-off period of 24 hours applies from the moment Bet735 confirms the termination request before reactivation takes effect. During the cooling-off period, the user will be restricted from gambling and cannot reactivate immediately.
During self-exclusion, deposits and wagers are blocked. Users may configure additional responsible gambling controls, such as time and spend limits, within the My Account section. If a pre-set limit is reached, further wagering may be restricted or blocked. Modifications to limits or exclusions must be submitted in writing or via electronic notice to Bet735 and will be considered at Bet735’s absolute discretion.
